Biography
Rod Hampel is a partner at Bodycare Workplace Solutions and has practiced as a physiotherapist specialising in the occupational health arena for over a decade. Rod has extensive experience in understanding how to prevent and manage occupational injuries with some of Australia and New Zealand's largest workforces, helping them to in reduce their risks across the employment continuum. Bodycare partners with companies to provide them with onsite injury prevention, health assessments, wellness and training solutions. Bodycare’s programs have been shown to decrease the cost, duration, prevalence and severity of injuries while improving workplace culture and employee engagement through a proactive approach to injury prevention.
