One of the most difficult things for asset managers to control is the ongoing compliance and maintenance for height safety systems. Some believe a one-page certificate is all that is required to prove compliance of their systems. There are however other ways to manage the documentation more permanently - and there are a number of vendors providing this type of document control and access. RIGCOM will refer to the WAHA industry code for maintaining systems but use some examples of what people should look for when trying to manage safe access and compliance for their height safety systems.
