Adrian Manessis has been directly involved with implementing safety management software for over 20 years to hundreds of organisations in a wide range of industries. has extensive experience with analysing, supporting, training, integrating and customising safety management systems into small organisations to global multinationals with over 40,000 people.
He has experience with highly successful implementations, but also has a good understanding of why implementations can fail and how this can be prevented.
