Biography
Michael Croxford is the Australian Product Development Manager for Crown Equipment, a company with global design and manufacturing facilities specialising in battery electric warehousing equipment. Michael is a mechanical engineer with 15 years experience in the forklift & materials handling industry. As well, Michael sits on the Standards Committee for the development of Australian and International Standards for industrial trucks, and is also the Chair of the Engineering Committee of the Australian Forklift and Industrial Truck Association.

Biography
Craig Williams is the Engineering and Technical Manager of Clark Equipment, a company which has Australian based design and manufacture of forklift trucks with capacities up to 50 tonnes. Craig is a mechanical engineer with 20 years experience in the fork truck and materials handling industry. As well as sitting on the Standards Australia committee for the development of Australian and International Standards on industrial trucks, Craig is also the Deputy Chair of the Engineering Committee of the Australian Forklift and Industrial Truck Association.
