We will look at how WHS can be incorporated efficiently and effectively into an Enterprise Risk Management Framework. You can give Boards and Executives visibility to what matters most and allow WHS management to be practiced by the front line. Session Outcomes: • Ability to analyse and document WHS risks consistently using Bow Tie. • Understanding of the various components of WHS risks including Hazards, Causes, Events, Impacts and Controls. • Understand how to design and implement an efficient WHS process, providing great WHS and keeping the board and management informed. • How to produce and deliver valuable WHS reporting which assists in management and board assurance and in better decision making.

Biography

David is the founder and Director Research and Training for the Protecht Group, an Australian firm specialising in risk management software, consulting, advisory and training to a wide range of clients both locally and overseas. David’s passion is risk knowledge, having developed numerous risk courses and trained many thousands of risk practitioners over the past 2 decades. Protecht celebrates its 20th year this year (2019). David is currently providing WHS risk training to a wide variety of clients including the Department of Defence.
